A guided start and a new Account page

New sign-ups get a short guided setup, and everyone has an Account page for their details, wallet and notifications.

• Add your email during setup, or skip it if you use your own wallet
• Choose whether to hear about product updates and news
• Account has General, Wallet and Notifications tabs
• Wallet shows your balance, with Add funds and Copy address
