Building on Garcia's PLOS ONE study (2026; doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0344520), this proposed 24-month computational program has a USD 94,000 budget ceiling. It will test sequence-dependent, quantum or quantum-informed DNA responses to weak structured perturbations and develop a benchmarked prediction platform plus a roadmap for future experimental validation.
